About the Role
We are a dedicated and growing care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and support with dignity and respect. Assisting with medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks. Supporting clients with mobility and community access. Building positive, trusting relationships with service users. Completing care records accurately and promptly.
Essential Requirements
✔ Full UK driving licence (mandatory) ✔ Access to a reliable vehicle ✔ Right to work in the UK ✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Caring, patient, and professional attitude ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
